Today it’s time for some great electronic music.

 

Proxy

I don’t really know much about him. He’s from Russia, he’s signed to Turbo Recordings (Tiga’s record label) and he has an album coming out this year. Mark my words: that album is gonna be big.

Bobmo

Bobmo

His track, ‘To the Bobmobile’ not only has a brilliant title, it also sounds good. Signed to the Institubes label (the same label as Surkin). He’s very young, but do not believe him if he says he’s 16.

LA Priest

Aka Sam Eastgate or Earl Samuel Dust. He must be a very talented guy. Lead singer of Late Of The Pier, guest vocalist on ‘This Rythm’ by the Filthy Dukes, and a solo artist. You may have heard his track Engine, Erol Alkan made an edit of it and released it some time ago.

Breakbot

I don’t know anything about Breakbot, except the fact that I like his tracks. I could do some research for you, but I won’t. Sebastian from the toomanysebastians blog recommended Breakbot to me through Last.FM. I love discoveries like that. So if you know anything that you think I might like, comment it :-)

    There’s something wrong with the sound of my pc, so won’t be able to listen to the tunes until that’s fixed. What I cán do in the meantime is agreeing with Gerlin that the Bobmo bloke is just way too cute. :)

    I LOVE the Dandi Wind rmx by LA Priest + Surkin is definitely worth a listen but he has gotten pretty well-known these past few months. White Knight Two!
    Oh and since we’re speaking techno, I’ve only just discovered the Bloody Beetroots remix of black gloves (Goose, of course) and I’m totally addicted. It came out months ago but I didn’t bother to listen to it back then. Bloody Beetroots = party!
