She’s a Lady(hawke)

I remember the day I first heard Paris is Burning as it was yesterday. I heard it on the radio in a show where David and Stephen from Soulwax chose the tracks. That day, I fell in love with Paris is Burning. I downloaded it off some blog, and I listened to it a lot. So far the boring part.

She is from New Zealand, but currently lives in London. She’s touring at the moment. If you’re lucky you’ll be able to catch her at one of her live shows this summer.
And good news for all the Ladyhawke-lovers out there. She has an album coming out in August, and her current single is Paris is Burning. She deserves to be big. Really.
